How To Order

When you Click the Order Button at the left you may.

1. Fill out the form on screen, (do not switch to another screen or your entries will be cleared).
2. When filled out turn your printer on and use your browsers print command to print the form. - OR -
3. You may print the form out as a blank then fill it in with a pen. Please print LEGIBLY.

Payment Methods: All Prices and Shipping Charges Are Subject to Change Without Prior Notice.
Credit Card: Print your Credit card number, expiration date, and sign the form
Delivery - generally shipped the next business day

Personal Check: Make checks payable to Klotz Country Crafts.
Delivery - will take aprox. 1 week. Checks
must clear your bank before we can ship your order.

Telephone Orders: Call 509-276-7675 from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Money Orders: Made payable to Klotz Country Crafts.

Shipping&Handling:
Shipping Charges are for USA DELIVERY ONLY.
We try not to have Back Orders, but sometimes it happens. If we have to ship part of your order at a later date your order will be shipped without any additional shipping charges.

There is an additional handling charge of $3.00 + Shipping Charges. Please be advised that your country may impose additional import FEES. We will list the products as Weaving Equipment on the Customs Forms.

Refund Policy:
Call For Authorization Before Returning a Product.

Our Card Weavers' Surf-Board TM is Guaranteed for 25 days from the shipping date on your invoice against defects and/or workmanship. (An occasional plug or knot will be found in the wood we use, the plug is placed there by the wood manufacturer and is not a material defect, knots are placed there by Mother Nature . We try to keep them as inconspicuous as possible.) No Refunds on Books. No refund on Shipping and Handling charges. (I asked the shippers one day if they would refund my shipping cost. They had a hearty laugh!)

But, we THANK YOU for your order and we will always try to work with you so you are a satisfied customer.
